Description

We are looking for an analytically-minded individual to oversee the data quality programs for 3 of our US-based products:  Comperemedia, Menu Insights and our soon-to-be-launched online marketing tool. This manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional data quality and process in all products which will include directly managing a team of 3 Analysts.

What you will be doing:

  • Creating a program to ensure high levels of quality within large datasets that are continually updated. This includes creating the tools and systems that will be used by an audit team, setting the sample size requirements for the audits, setting the pass/fail metrics and KPIs as well as designing internal reports
  • Providing direction for the department by continuously improving the existing data quality program
  • Working cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and Product Development to ensure all solutions are designed and able to be implemented which will include scoping, planning, and delivery
  • Collaborating with our Menu Insights Quality Analyst to implement best-in-class quality control activities
  • Working closely with Operations and the Delivery teams to establish QA processes to minimize current and future operational errors before going live to our sites
  • Acting as a liaison between Sales, Research, clients, IT and product development to ensure consistent application of best practices and messaging to operations and QC/QC teams
  • Analysis and reporting on data quality metrics to all levels of management


What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data quality, ideally in a digital environment
  • Track record of measuring the impact of information quickly, communicating succinctly and adapting based on the data
  • Proven ability to understand complex processes including end- to-end Root Cause Analysis follow up and action planning
  • Experience with process improvement techniques
  • Experience in target setting and implementing major changes to an existing data program
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs while remaining goal and deadline-oriented
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills along with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
  • Comfortability in presenting to small and medium sized groups
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently or with a team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • People management experience strongly preferred
