The Global Training Coordinator will support Mintel’s Learning & Development programs through the coordination and promotion of learning events.  This global role will help maximize training impact as we continue to develop our global training function.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with training team and external vendors to schedule training and program logistics
  • Communicate training dates and details to employees
  • Manage follow-up training surveys in order to gauge content and facilitator effectiveness
  • Assess training needs through surveys, employee feed-back and company goals and initiatives
  • Oversee primary responsibility for our LMS; manage vendor relationship, assist global employees with access and questions
  • Assist in creation of internal course materials, including PowerPoint, pre-work assignments or exercises
  • Create a digest of monthly highlights for the company newsletter
  • Publish a quarterly newsletter for managers to highlight training topics, tips and other relevant content
  • Track training data and create monthly, quarterly and annual reports to illustrate key training metrics


Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
  • Flexible approach to problem solving and changing tasks and priorities
  • Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
