As a thriving global Market Intelligence business, we aim to identify and retain the very best and brightest minds to help build and support our dynamic business. This temporary full-time position will assist our internal Talent Acquisition team by providing sourcing support in order to meet their staffing initiatives and special projects.  In this role, the Recruiting Sourcer will primarily focus on candidate sourcing, application screening and administrative contribution.


What You Will Do:

  • Identify and proactively reach out to a diverse talent pool of qualified candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed and Greenhouse, our internal Applicant Tracking System
  • Develop and execute the search strategy, including active sourcing from competitors
  • Utilize Boolean search methods for finding relevant candidates within resume database
  • Create and post career ads to various online resources (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Create and organize projects on LinkedIn for vacancies
  • Partner with college career centers for online job postings
  • Conduct phone screens with candidates to vet out for recruitment team
  • Schedule phone and onsite interviews for internal Recruitment team and Hiring Managers
  • Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Comply with all state and federal regulations
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned


What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience supporting recruiting efforts
  • Experience and comfortability using creative sourcing methods including: internet sourcing techniques, referral management and cold calling
  • Knowledge of enterprise applicant tracking systems required, prior experience with Greenhouse a plus
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Enthusiastic, persuasive, and outgoing personality
  • Self-sufficient work ethic; entrepreneurial in nature and self-motivated
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfortability in picking up the phone to talk to candidates, recruiters, and business leaders
  • Must be detail-oriented and have a strong focus on accuracy
  • Must be well-organized and able to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
