The Senior Analyst will support the successful launch of a new platform by developing expert cross-channel insights for the financial services, telecom, insurance, and retail industries.  This analyst must combine digital channel expertise with strong analysis and data visualization skills.  Our analysts are tasked with challenging our clients’ thinking by providing fresh insight and analysis based on our proprietary data and market research.


  • Work with Mintel’s diverse client base of major financial institutions, retailers, telecom and insurance providers to provide thoughtful insights and business recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver insightful, visually interesting reports and articles on industry and channel trends with implications and next steps, partnering with other Mintel analysts as necessary
  • Engage with clients by presenting insights in person and via webinars
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for both long and short term projects
  • Envision and test new content types

 Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of prior work experience
  • Expertise in digital channel marketing such as display, social, and SEO
  • Understanding of cross-channel marketing practices
  • Strong client development, presentation and consultancy skills
  • A talent for storytelling with data and understanding implications and applications for clients/prospects
  • Preferred expertise in the field of financial services/telecom/insurance/travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree
  • Ability to travel within the US up to 25%
