MVP Awards

Every quarter we want to take the time to acknowledge the hard work that our staff does. Whether it is helping to launch a new product, landing a great client or presenting your research findings at a conference... we want to tell everyone. Any employee in the company can nominate an individual for the contributions they made and our panel of judges determines the winners. We celebrate the victors by announcing their nomination at our company meeting and hosting a fun event such as a rooftop baseball game or a casino night on us.

Social Events

We are a sociable bunch at Mintel and our flexible working environment means you get to meet more people quickly than you would in an average office. As well as impromptu drinks and outings after work, Mintel also ensures there are plenty of structured get-togethers so we can enjoy each other’s company outside of office hours.

Mintramural Sports

Is beach volleyball, football or bowling a passion of yours? You can join one of our Mintel-sponsored teams or even set up your own (we usually have a lot of willing volunteers and our CEO has also been known to step up once or twice too).








Training

Now more than ever, employees are seeking employment that allows them to learn new skills. Mintel believes that training is one of the most impactful ways to keep our employees engaged in their current role and prepared for future opportunities. We have a global training team that offers in house workshops which is supplemented by external trainers and online training.

Mintel Gives
Mintel Gives

Mintel Gives is a charitable donation program that supports employee interest and involvement in nonprofit organizations.
To date, Mintel Gives has partnered with over 70 local, national, and international charities.

In an effort to offer additional opportunities for employees to be involved in philanthropy, Mintel Gives also coordinates quarterly charity drives, and various community engagement projects. What makes Mintel Gives special is that it's global committee brainstorms, plans and works together on ideas, initiatives and causes. Recent projects have included clothing, book, toy and school supply drives, holiday wish book giving, fundraising games and cinema nights, bake sales, as well as mentoring opportunities with local schools.

Mintel Gives strives to bring together a team of individuals from Mintel’s global offices who care about the world around them with a desire to positively affect our communities at large.
